1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Unused and in original condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels intact.
  • Proof of purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation number must be provided.

If the item does not meet the above criteria, it may not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Opened or used products that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., opened memory cards, used camera lenses)

3. How to Return Your Item

  3. Return Shipping: After receiving the RA number, you may ship the item back to us using the carrier of your choice. Please be sure to securely package the product to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and meets the return eligibility. Refunds will be issued in the following manner:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent by SnapZanoTech.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case that your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please ensure to include photos of the damage or defect when you contact us, as this will help expedite the process.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped. If your order is still in the processing stage, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

8. International Returns

For orders outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received and meets the conditions outlined in this policy.
