We currently offer domestic and international shipping options. We are happy to deliver to the following regions:

  • United States: We ship to all states within the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii).
  • International Shipping: We also offer shipping to select international locations. Shipping rates and times will vary depending on the destination country.

Note: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping methods, each with different delivery times and costs. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and preferred delivery speed.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic U.S.): Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic U.S.): Estimated delivery time of 2-4 business days.
  • Express Shipping (Domestic U.S.): Estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days.

For international shipments, delivery times can vary based on the destination. International shipping typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and the customs processing time in the destination country.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, holidays, and customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method, package weight, and the destination address. The shipping fee will be displayed to you during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. We do our best to offer competitive shipping rates and multiple options to suit your needs.

  • Free Shipping: For eligible domestic U.S. orders over a certain amount, we may offer free standard shipping. This will be clearly stated during checkout if applicable.
  • International Shipping Fees: For international orders, shipping fees will depend on the destination and the shipping method selected.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the selected shipping method.

  • In-stock items: Ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Backordered or pre-ordered items: Will ship as soon as they become available. If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we will ship them together unless you request separate shipments.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number (if available) so that you can track your package.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. SnapZanoTech is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to update your address before the order is processed and shipped.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order directly through the provided link to the carrier’s website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after your package has been dispatched.

7. Shipping Delays

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item. We may request photos of the damaged package and product for our records. We will arrange for a return or replacement depending on the situation.

For international shipments, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees based on the destination country’s regulations. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
